Dear friends, let us love one
another, because love comes from God.
Whoever loves is a child of God
and knows God.
Whoever does not love does not
know God, for God is love.
1 John 4: 7-8
God loves the whole world—the
flowers and trees, people and animals, everything—even me. The greatest proof of God’s love was when he
sent his only son to die for us.
Jesus loved us so much he
was willing to do what he did. John
15:13 says “Greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for
his friends. When we put our trust in Jesus we become one of those friends that
he loves.
